Today I’m giving some tip’s & care on Hair. The most important
thing for a Women or Man. Some of them i have tried & tested. Hope you
all like it.
Hair products, such as masks, shampoos and leave on conditioner
can also prevent hair loss and restore healthy, vibrant hair.
Adding nutrients will help regrow hair.
------ Protein Grows Hair.
Because the hair is made of protein. A protein deficiency can cause
hair loss. Add protein to the diet by including animal products, such
as meat and dairy or protein shakes made from Whey.
------ Vit. C is needed for healthy hair & is a component of healthy hair.
------ Vit. B increase Hair Growth.
Biotin & complex B Vit. are needed to grow hair. B3 helps increase
circulation to the scalp, thereby encouraging hair growth.
------ Iron Reduce Hair Loss.
The mineral iron helps increase circulation in the scalp as well, which
then fuels hair growth. Foods that are high in iron include liver,
apricots and raisins.
------ Drink Water To Grow Hair.
The hair shaft is comprised of one quarter water. Drink at least 4 to 8
cups or glasses of water a day to stay hydrated and grow healthy hair.
------ Vit. E Grows Hair.
Vit. E is another nutrients needed to grow hair. It stimulates the circulation
in the scalp and can be taken internally or applied to the scalp.
------ Vit. A Feeds Healthy Hair.
Vit. A helps create vibrant shiny hair because it works with the fat
synthesis in the hair follicles and spurs hair growth. Foods that
contain Vit. A includes eggs, squash and carrots.
------ Now some Hair remedy’s.
1…. If you suffer from a flaky scalp, try the following treatment every 2
weeks. Section your hair and rub the scalp with a cotton pad saturated
with plain rubbing alcohol. Let the alcohol dry, then brush your hair
& rinse but don’t shampoo.
2…. If your hair is prone to build-up from conditioners, styling gel or
hair spray. Mix 1 tbsp. baking soda with your regular shampoo once
a week. Rinse and as usual.
This is just a random tip.
Toothpaste can remove the hair color stains that occur on the temples,
the forehead, the hair line, the neck and around the ears. Put a dab on
your fingertips, rub it gently on the stain and rinse or wipe with
lukewarm water. If needed repeat until the stain is gone.
3…. Prevent Dandruff by dabbing mouthwash on scalp with a cotton
ball. Leave on for 30-mins, then shampoo normally. Make it a part of
your shower routine to apply mouthwash after shampooing & before
conditioning. Regular use can control a dandruff problem and eliminate
bacteria in your hair and on your scalp.
4…. Apply conditioner on your pre washed hairs. Half way from roots to
the tip of your hair. Leave for 30 mins. Shampoo as usual leaving the part
of the hair with conditioner.
As your hair are not that dirty as your scalp. This is a deep conditioning.
Rinse and dry normally you do. One more thing i want to add
As dry hair tend to soak the mask more nicely, so as on wet hair it tend
to slip off and the hair won’t get that much benefit of the mask. Another
thing you can keep the mask overnight, wash off next morning, if you
have no health issues.
5…. Hair Pack.
Mix 1 part of any hair mask,
Mix 1 part of olive oil or almond oil,
Mix 1 part of coconut oil or castor oil. Stir nicely,
apply on hair from root to tip. Cover with hot towel. Do it
4 time in a row. Them shampoo it. Do it once a week or 15 days once.
6…. Has chlorine discoloured your hair?
If you swim everyday, wear cap or wet your hair in the shower before
dipping in the pool. For the rest of us, try this mix. Dissolve 8 tablets of
Aspirin in a glass of water and rub the solution into your hair. Let it
work for about 10 min. Then rinse and shampoo.
7…. Comb your hairs starting from down, then go up as you start
detangling the hair. This will help in not losing lots of hair while combing.
It really helps. You will see the difference.
